Union Bridge

Union Bridge began with the simple ambition of creating exceptional drinks worth sharing. Their long-term vision has always been to build one of South Australia's great whisky houses, however great whisky can't be rushed. It takes years of patience, craftsmanship, and maturation before the first bottle is ready to pour. So along the way we've crafted award-winning spirits, artisanal sodas, and traditional beers while developing our distillery and sharing our passion for handcrafted beverages. Their home is the beautifully restored 1922 Cudlee Creek Cold Stores. Over the past decade, this historic site has been carefully transformed into a working microdistillery, microbrewery, and destination cellar door. We've given this landmark structure new purpose – bringing people together through exceptional drinks, great food, and memorable experiences. The Union Bridge cellar door is more than just a place to enjoy a drink and a meal – it's the opportunity to discover the craftsmanship, stories, ingredients, and people that are behind every bottle. Whether you're joining a guided tasting, sharing lunch with friends, exploring our distillery, or attending one of our seasonal events, every visit is designed to be an experience worth remembering. From premium tasting flights to behind-the-scenes masterclasses and exclusive Private Whisky Cask Programme, we offer experiences to suit every palate and budget. Union Bridge is proudly independent and proudly South Australian.
