Colin Fassnidge returns to The Lane for his fourth Taste the Lane, joining Head Chef Cameron Ahl for two very special days in the Adelaide Hills. Together, Colin and Cameron will create a progressive seven-course dining experience that moves through some of the most beautiful corners of The Lane estate, with matched wines and plenty of time with the chefs along the way. Returning in the heart of spring, this year's menu will be shaped by the season, the landscape and some of our favourite South Australian producers and partners. Guests will journey from Eyrewoolf Abalone overlooking the valley at the Panorama and seafood by the Boatshed, to estate lamb cooked over fire at the restaurant. Adelaide Hills neighbours Jurlique will also bring botanicals from their farm into the experience. With Lane wines poured at each stop, Taste the Lane is a five-hour celebration of spring in the Adelaide Hills, bringing together great food, wine, people and produce in a truly unique setting.
