Ein Prostit! For three days, celebrate all things German as Prancing Pony Brewery transforms its brewery restaurant into an Oktoberfest beer hall. Expect plenty of great German food, freshly brewed beer, music, dancing and a healthy dose of Oktoberfest fun. Feast the German way with hearty favourites including Schweinehaxen (pork knuckle), Schlachtplatte (a traditional grazing board), sausages, German style cakes and more. Of course, no Oktoberfest would be complete without beer, so come and raise a Stein of our Festbier range. Friday 9th – Tapping the Festbier Join them from 6pm with the sounds of Wooly John's while we tap our Festbier and get the Oktoberfest celebrations underway. Saturday 10th – Traditional Oktoberfest From midday, get ready for a proper Oktoberfest celebration with traditional music, Schuhplatteln, stein-holding, dancing, singing and bell ringing. There may even be a few surprises along the way! Sunday 11th – Wachsfackeln Come for lunch and stay for the music The Wachsfackeln are bringing their one-of-a-kind Rock-Brass-Oompha to the brewery. Expect traditional Oktoberfest spirit mixed with popular songs, big brass and plenty of energy. Sitting still is likely to be impossible!
